CB to You Mobile Art Lab: ArkanSalsa Fest

Springdale, the “CB to You Mobile Art Lab” is coming to your neighborhood!
Join us this October at OneCommunity’s 8th Annual ArkanSalsa Fest, in downtown Springdale, for a day packed with creativity and conversation focused on energizing communities through art. This fun-filled family event kicks off with a parade and plenty of kid’s activities, then features food trucks, artisan booths, three bands, multiple dance performances, the Best Tasting Salsa Contest—and this year, the Mobile Art Lab!
For the ArkanSalsa Fest, Crystal Bridges joins forces with One Community to host the concert stage, the Mobile Art Lab, and a special photo backdrop for selfies inspired by the “Selena Forever / Siempre Selena” exhibition at the museum. This special festival stop includes the full tour’s lineup of regional artists, poets, and musicians in one festival day from 11 AM to 5 PM. From artmaking and Storycircles to artist talks and live studio demonstrations, this traveling celebration of creativity promises to bring a little bit of inspired fun to everyone at the festival.
In addition, the Arts and Social Impact partnership with Ozark Regional Transit Authority and artist Octavio Logo will be on-site hosting a Where To event to paint an ORT bus and discuss ways of reimagining public transit for Northwest Arkansas.
Join us in celebrating your hometown by creating art, stories, and memories together!
Free, no registration required.
